About

About Me:

Welcome… I’m Emma Rose—a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, IFS-trained therapist and coach, registered bodyworker, energy worker, sound and vibrational healing practitioner, and sacred space holder. For over a decade, I’ve been guiding individuals and groups through deep inner work that weaves nervous system regulation, parts work, feminine embodiment, ritual, and soul remembrance.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over 15 years of experience in the human services field, I’ve supported hundreds of women through emotional healing, life transitions, and spiritual awakening. While I hold a clinical license, the work I offer through The Embodied Woman is distinct from psychotherapy. It is an integrative, holistic practice that weaves together mind, body, and spirit—honoring each person’s unique path of healing and transformation. This sacred work draws from somatic wisdom, internal parts exploration, and embodiment practices, while also incorporating energy healing, bodywork, and sound therapy to support deep alignment and wholeness.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t mean fixing. It means coming home to the wisdom already within you.

Through private coaching, group programs, and embodied experiences, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, softening layers of self-protection, and stepping into their full wholeness and power. Whether through movement, breath, energy work, sound, or stillness—this work invites you to return to yourself, again and again. Coming home to the woman you were born to be.

Mission Statement:

At The Embodied Woman, my mission is to guide women into right relationship with themselves—body, mind, and spirit. Through a unique blend of somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, energy healing, and sacred ritual, I hold space for deep remembrance, nervous system restoration, and soulful integration. I help women reclaim their inner wisdom, embody their truth, and live with authenticity, sovereignty, and self-love.
